So Kai, your only option is to go to the police, file a complaint and hope they will help you recover your money . And next time, save some more money and go see the watch with your own eyes. I don't know why people try to save a few dollars by buying blindly online and not wait,save more and buy it from stores or face to face with the seller...S*it like this happens because people are NOT thinking through enough.

And I have doubts about people from other parts of Europe have heard of the website www.olx.ro ...I really doubt it. Plus if you search something and it's not in romanian, it won't appear in your search results...Maybe this guy is a part of the scam, with the guy from Poland. Or this guy has a polish bank account, wich uses it for scamming people.

IMO, the Romanian seller is obviously confused and he does not know what this is all about.
The bank account you've provided is from Poland, not from Romania. My pure instinct says the Polish seller copied the pictures and used a crappy translation of his text to deceive you or anyone else.
Please contact the homologous watch-enthusiast community in Poland for further references on how to file a complaint there. In the mean time, I strongly advise you to contact BKA in Germany.

Hi Kai,

I've just contacted the Romanian seller by phone. He had no problem identifying himself
and having a brief conversation with me on this delicate subject!
He claims - and I believe him - that the "probably Polish" guy asked him for the
pictures to be sent by e-mail, pretending that he is a buyer! He also provided you with the con artist phone
number and he will also contact the Romanian authorities on this matter soon....
